Project Description

We found inspiration for our Kung Pao Tofu Bamboo Bundles from our unabashed love of this iconic Chinese restaurant dish. Our blend of tofu, onion, red bell pepper and black beans stir-fried with soy sauce, garlic, hot chile oil and just a hint of sesame oil—was created by Kevin after spending years in the kitchen perfecting the right balance of flavors. And, it’s all mixed with traditional sticky rice and wrapped in bamboo leaves.

Our Kung Pao Tofu Bamboo Bundles are vegan and free of gluten, peanuts, tree nuts and dairy; and do not contain any pesky GMOs.
